She has been on many T.V. In addition, she has been featured on various programs on television and radio, in addition to in political debates. She is known for her political and social speaking engagements. The speaker is Republican. She has published 12 books on various government policies and political events. She was also a columnist in a number of reputable magazines and websites. She was born on December 8, 1961, at New York County New York, to an F.B.I. John Vincent Coulter is an FBI agent and his wife Nell Martin, his husband Martin was his spouse. They have Irish, German and Scottish ancestry. She was employed by her local United States Court of Appeals of Kansas as a clerk following she completed law school. Her government career was short-lived and she moved to New York City. In her new job she was a specialist in corporate law. In 1998 she made her first appearance on television. The name was widely known due to her frequent shows on T.V. to talk about Bill Clinton's scandal and impeachment.
